All Technical Support is based on Areté Entertainment's business hours of Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.

Currently, we offer ONLY Software Installation & Licensing Installation technical support. We no longer offer product support beyond licensing and installation.
